Terms, Licensing, and Rights

1. Ownership of Content

All music, recordings, compositions, metadata, text, artwork, branding, and site content are owned by James B. Pollack and/or Playable Future LLC unless otherwise noted.

All rights are reserved. No ownership interest is transferred to you by browsing, listening, downloading, or purchasing a license.

2. Listening and Site Use

You may use this site for lawful personal evaluation and listening. You may not copy, redistribute, re-host, mirror, scrape at scale, decompile, reverse engineer, or interfere with security controls.

You may not use any content from this site to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine learning or generative AI systems without prior written permission.

3. Licensing and Commercial Use

Commercial use requires an explicit license granted by James B. Pollack or Playable Future LLC. A purchase only grants the scope stated in the license terms for that specific tier and track.

DJ-tier purchases are intended for live performance, recorded DJ mixes, and livestream/VOD replay usage for the licensed track. Sync use in film, TV, ads, or branded campaigns still requires a broader tier or separate written approval.

Unless explicitly granted in writing, no rights are granted for ownership transfer, exclusive rights, publishing transfer, sublicensing, resale, white-label distribution, or derivative exploitation.

Any use outside the granted scope requires separate written approval before use.

4. Rights Retained

James B. Pollack and Playable Future LLC retain all intellectual property rights at all times, including copyright, neighboring rights, publishing rights, and all other rights not expressly licensed in writing.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent licensing status or claim rights you do not have.
• Use content in illegal, defamatory, or infringing contexts.
• Bypass paywalls, signed URLs, or other access restrictions.
• Resell, repackage, or redistribute licensed files except where explicitly allowed.

6. Payments, Delivery, and Availability

Checkout and payment processing are handled by third-party providers. Licensed files and buyer access may be delivered through secure, expiring links.

Site features may change at any time for maintenance, security, or product updates.

7. Enforcement and Termination

Access or license privileges may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated. Unauthorized use may result in legal enforcement and damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
